If you have the #2 pick for fantasy this year who do you take? (Assuming AP will go #1) Do you take Arian Foster - or does his amount of carries over the years - especially last year make you go with another running back - or maybe a QB.

then why not trade down to 4th or 5th pick? Charles is the 4th RB going after AP Foster and Martin...why take him 2nd overall?

It depends,....Is it a QB TD heavy league? PPR? all important factors in deciding how to work the draft

True of picks 4 or 5 on down...but 1 2 and 3 have to be AP Foster and Martin IMHO pretty much regardless of scoring format.

Agree with Peterson and Foster but something is telling me to be cautious with Doug Martin. He might be worth a preseason trade for something else.

Take who you think will be the best. Don't listen to anyone else is my best advicee. Lot of people passed on AP last year and see how that turned out. I like to take Alf Morris and Doug Martin in the breakout year, not the year after so Im staying away from them 2. I take Jam. Charles- just have a man crush on him

This is pretty good advice, don't be a slave to the rankings and take who you truly think is gonna have a huge year.

I hate to get my mandatory auction plug in again, but in auctions you don't have to ask these questions you just get who you want and the free market works itself out!

In a PPR I'm taking Shady at 2. Eagles going to have a great line if healthy, no maclin, chip loves to run. Doesn't have the floor of Dougie or Foster, but has a higher ceiling than both. Houston does not want foster sniffing 300 carries this year.

I'm taking Charles after AP and Foster...... I really wanted to target McCoy, but just so many unknowns with that team and offense... most interesting on field storyline for me is Chip Kelly and Eagles...

If I'm selecting 2nd overall and Peterson is gone, I probably go Foster but will give serious consideration to Doug Martin who will get 2 stud linemen back who missed last season, and is supposed to get more catches out of the backfield too. Jamal Charles also gets a look...

Jamal Charles will be a great pickup..

I think brady will be picked way too high..
Ne will be a running team... Ridley will be a solid pick...

Everyone was drafting AP in the 3rd round last year now they are all over his dick. Always behind.

I draft Lynch, Charles, Ridley AP, Ryan, in a highly competitive 12 team league and still don't make the playoffs with scoring the 2nd most points.

Fantasy football is mostly a joke, even though I play it every year.
Guys trying to predict who's going to be good based on last year. Last year != this year.
