Shark,

I realize it still falls into your system but I can't help but feel Minnesota having 10 days between games may weigh in to their favour and throw a slight wrench into the system ...

Yes you are right,,,,with the 8-5 record it could be 8-3 if I eliminated 2 games that didn't have an equal 7 days rest for home teams..,maybe it starts to even out with the falcons this week,, but next year was definitely thinking of making it to where its only a play if both teams had equal rest and therefore
is more in line with the purpose of the thread to imply that the road team is at a disadvantage back to back

The Eagles played their 2nd game on the road in a row last week at the Rams. You didn't list them, but they won.
Also, last week was Minnesota's 3rd road game in a row, but you counted them anyway.

This is the 3rd road game in a row for the Eagles. Does that mean they are not part of the system?
Is the system merely back-to-back games or 3 in a row too?

You only go against it if the team won the first road game. And in Minnesotas case they won the first two so go against them in third

I am looking at back to back road games with the prior week being a win for the road team,,,if 3 games in a row on the road come in to play then it looks like there can be several scenarios that can happen,,,road team could win game 1,,win game 2 and game 3 is still a play,,(as was game 2 was a play),
road team could lose game 1,,then lose game 2 and then there is no play on game 2 and 3 because they didn't win any of the prior games,,,
or road team could lose game 1,,win game 2,,then only game 3 would be a play,,,or road team could win game 1,,lose game 2 (which would be a play) and then game 3 would not be a play

as with the eagles they lost week 13 on road,,,week 14 on the road was no play but they won,,,now week 15 is a play against the eagles on the road

Minnesota won week 13 on the road,,,week 14 was a play against Minnesota on the road and they lost,,,so no play week 15 on the road for minnesota
