Fading Liriano - Did Well Last Year!

This guy has been garbage since his surgery, I faded him every game for a solid 6 weeks last year, turned a decent profit.

Tomorrow I'm looking at the White Sox, their pen is pretty tired from tonight though. Minny didn't use their pen nearly as much today. Don't know a ton about Danks (CHW) he hasn't faired extremely well against Minn in his career posting a 5.42 ERA in 13 starts, Liriano however has been even worse h2h posting a 7.52 ERA against the White Sox in his career.

What you guys thinking? I thought we'd see a higher line for the White Sox than the current # it's holding... -115

he will be much better this season. have to remember the surgery he was coming back from usually takes almost 2 years before you are fully back. he lost some weight and pitched extremely well in Winter ball, and had a good Spring Training. I really like the Twins backing him as well. I have a feeling fading Liriano this season won't work out too well

yea it was good last year...but what form is he in this year. The Lariano of 2 years ago was better than santana and last year he personally admitted that he was afraid to push his arm

I'll take my chances with the White Sox tomorrow although you could be right that he has turned a page.

I would be there too...but its not just the Lariano in question here. The whitesox looked horrble so far

another year and another year everybody is calling for liriano to have a monster season. u are right this guy has been a huge fade the last few years, everytime he goes to the mound u are paying for his name. danks is a solid #4 starter actually one of the better #4 starters in all of baseball. 2+ years since the tommy john for liriano which usally is the timetable to comeback full strength so lets see if he lives up to the hype. his spring was nasty something like 20ks and 1walk but does that really matter? IMO its risky either way u go. twins have a long flight after a night game in LA.
