fade rockies??? you will regret it! Jimenez pitched well lately..

He's pitched well lately............. at home... He walks too many batters and his team has only 1 win when he starts on the road. Reds will make him pay the price today.

Well in his last 2 road starts he's been:

6 in, 3 runs, 8 K
7 in, 0 runs, 7 K

Those were @ the Mets and @ the Brewers, pretty decent hitting teams.
Not saying he wins or loses today, but Jimenez has been a different pitcher the last 6 weeks or so. Quoting year long road stats is a bit misleading.

Good luck either way.

You make a good point but the bottom line is he still only has one road win all year. The reds are a pretty good at home and I just don't see them droppin 3 straight to the rockies at home with the pitching matchup today. Win or lose, it is what it is. I like the reds to cash this ticket. GL today

reds win this game today ... but lets not candy coat the fact that fogg is garbage. if we are going to look at the stats for jiminez on the road, its impossible to ignore the numbers for fogg at home (or in general for that matter). no sense in trying to make this game out to be a pitching edge for either team. both are trash right now. all that said, cincinnati should salvage a game in this series and get the win. i think theyre worth a small play.

tough to fade one of the hottest teams in baseball?? they proved it last yr they have an offense when on can go unbeaten for long periods of time. this is one of those times where they are on fire. combine the fact that Jiminez has been excellent as of late leaves no reason why there should be a play against the Rocks. If anything a "no" play
