I don't do social media but I was talked into Facebook. Through the years, notice how you accumulate a bunch of people you really don't know.

My top 3 people who I am pretty sure I don't know or know well.

A 40 year old stripper that acts like she is a 19 year old in love for the very first time. Accompanied by pics of an obviously fat white trash guy with a cigarette in his hand. Married at the courthouse. She has a 24 year old daughter.

Another one. I think I went to high school with this girl for a year or 2. She was a cheer leader 1 year I think. Probably Freshman year. She starts talking about how her husband abuses her and they have fist fights and beats her and all of that but gets detailed in it. On facebook

Another girl. She is "thankful one week for her sobriety". The next week, she says something like "fucked up bitches".

Notice how your real friends are never communicated through facebook yet it is supposedly worth billions?

Let's here yours. Also, I am pretty sure there is a small village in the Phillipines named in my honor with as many Filipino people that send me messages.

It is worth billions because facebook and other social media collects data, manipulates behavior and make you more of a consumer slave. if you are not, it will push you towards the life of a consumer slave. Facebook is old, instagram is the new thing...facebook bought them a while back and it does it even more effectively. The more they share the more problems they have.

But how will all my casual acquaintances from high school know that I am a good person who follows the science? Quite the dilemma.

Social media is what creates "woke people". They have little or no real world experience, they only know what somebody posted on social media. Be it a friend, a politician, the media, or some stupid celebrity with nice that they happen to follow.

Experience is the world's greatest teacher, a whole lot less experience being accumulated nowadays. Especially with the draconian lockdowns of the last 15 months and more people than ever being paid to stay home.
