This is not the first time they pulled some shady shit. Withdraw your entire balance and close your account. That might be the best $65 dollars you spend! Cant stand reading stories like this! Seems as though more and more of these lunch money books keep popping up. "No free payouts because its the slow season" muahahaha so sad. You guys have to understand it's not easy, nor is it cheap for these books to move money around.
I am sorry the fee is such a large % of your payout. If you work with the same account manager, I would talk to him. Get an understanding of the rules, explain your situation, and say now that you understand the rules, youll follow them next time to get the free payout on Tuesday. Maybe they will work with you.
Regardless, EZstreet isn't ripping you off. It's very common to get charged the fee. It's not common to have free payouts, which EZstreet does offer with certain restrictions.
Bottom line is EZstreet does pay. They pay very quickly and are a great book!

Yea the free payouts are for people who take bonuses. It was changed as Ty said back in May.
In order to be eligble for a free payout you must have accepted a bonus and completed the rollover as of May 7th, 2013

If you did take the bonus and rolled over I am sure you would get a free payout as you would be entitled though.

I deposited back in March for the start of March Madness. My payout *should* be based upon the agreed rules that were in effect at time of deposit, which was March. Obviously in March there were free payouts. They changed the policy behind my back - I should have been made aware. And when they made me aware they also should offered to withdraw my account.
Like I said, eat the $65 and get your cash out of that mickey mouse operation. Although 5D only gives you one free withdrawal a month, the fee for additional withdraws is still cheaper than the $65 those clowns are charging you.

Guess it's a lost cause. I doubt I'll play with any of the online books again. It's very cheap and easy to western union money to Costa Rica from NJ. Didn't realize it was such a problem/expense to send from Costa Rica to NJ... And being that I've played with these guys for years and have only had ONE payout, they would force me to eat it. Wow.
I completely agree with GO FOR BROKE. Take your $ out of that Mickey Mouse Operation and switch to 5dimes. You want be disappointed with them. Trust me!! No shady shit like this goes on over there. The most important thing is that you requested your payout yesterday Monday 24th 2013 which is also why you do not qualify for a free payout on Tuesday, and that you feel bad for the fees we are charging you, but we do not offer free payouts on Mondays.
As per your claim that you "I have to pay the western union fee every time I send them money and it's usually only about $10." ... We cover the fees on all deposits of $200 or more as well as give bonuses... but because you only sent $100 then it would be against our rules to cover your fees upon such a deposit.
As far as we know we are the only or perhaps one of the very few books that pays within 24 to 48 hours of your request. When we are able to pay within the same day (third party processor rules) we do so but as you can see we also have to follow rules in order for our business to continue being as successful as it has been in the past 4 years. We are sorry that you feel bad about the payout fees but perhaps if you deposit more than 100 we can cover your fees and if you follow the rules next time we can send you the payout for free.
As per your claim about opening several accounts and claiming free first time payouts every single time we strongly suggest you don't do that because that is also against our rules and would forfeit all moneys in the accounts.
