I just deposited for the first time yesterday and I did not get the bonus for some reason. This is what it said in my history. "CINDY // NO BONUS SEE NOTES // INITIAL DEPOSIT"

I thought these guys were legit, but they really don't want to honor these bonuses they offer. I was told I was not eligible for the "reload" bonus because I made a withdrawal earlier in the month.

Makes no sense as I was attempting to "reload" the account. It's cool though, lots of other books out there that want business. I'd be leery of the so called bonuses these guys offer in the future if I were you guys.

always check BEFORE u deposit if u are eligible for a bonus.. I am also not eligible for one at the current time so i chose to take my business elsewhere.. but i am not mad at ez for it.. its a business

here's the reason I was upset. The day before I was told I would get the bonus by a rep. I ended up going elsewhere, just saying these guys don't live up to their word is all.

anyone else tried a payout after getting this bonus. Sounds like I am not even close to being eligible for a payout yet. The fine print said 10x rollover but based on my calculations it is closer to 20x. I guess it could be the xmas and new years Bonus Plays that are raising the rollover up high. I couldn't find in the fine print what the rollover on those were.

Deposited to EZ numerous times and am no longer a customer. Their customer service/interaction was horrible. Had same problems as rest reguarding bonuses.
