4-0 ytd here
Remember, I posted 3 more plays here last week and went 2-1 but these plays were lost due to the server problems. So my real record is 6-1 but I will not count these 3 plays in order to avoid any confusion.
Going with my first moneyline of the season (@pinnacle).
South Florida money line is the play.
I firmly believe that SFL was looking ahead to this game when they went to OT against CFL last week. Keep in mind that South Florida had 504 total yards in that game against 226 for Central Florida as well as a 14 pts lead after three quarters. Their 2 turnovers and letdown in the last quarter tell me that they were not completely in that game mentally. And for Central Florida this was a huge rivalery game and they gave their 110%. Soth Florida is a very good team at home, where they are 15-3 in last 18 games. They are also 10-4 ATS in those 18 home games. A few years back this team had one of the longest home winning streaks in the nation and that streak was snapped by then ranked TCU. But SFL was not a ranked or a nationally recognised team back then. Kansas is a good team but they can't run and that is not a good thing when you go on the road and play a good team. They had only 71 yards on the ground (26 rushes) against Florida International, one of the worst teams in the nation. Then they followed that with only 126 yards on the ground (33 rushes) at home again, against Louisiana Tech. And Louisiana Tech exposed another Kansas weakness when they rushed for 148 yards on only 27 rushes against them. So, it looks like that Kansas is not as good as we think they are, and remember, they have not seen a half decent quarterback yet. That's the only reason why FIU and Louisiana Tech couldn't compete with them. South Florida has one of the best QB in the nation in Matt Grothe. This guy can run and pass and win a game by himself.
