Depends what you're looking for. Statfox, yahoo, and ESPN are all good for different tables for me.

Covers isn't great because it does not give you the yellow arrow option next to the table with the data. Some of the other sites mentioned like statfox work pretty well. It shouldn't really matter though. The way I do it, I always import the data into a different sheet than the ones I display all my results in. For example, your spreadsheet could have three sheets in it (three seperate tabs at the bottom). One called Data. This is where you import the raw data. Another called Calcs. This is where you do all the heavy lifting with your calculations. And then a third caller Summary. This is where you display your results with all the pretty bells and whistles.

ah, yeah... see the problem is i have about 10 (literally) of data/results cuz i have 3 different systems. I have a book for NFL and a book for NCAAF. I don't feel like having 10 different books for NFL and 10 more for NCAA but I understand what you're saying, good idea. Thanks guys!

Is there a way I can make a button for it to go update instead of having it "RELOAD" upon opening the file? I don't know how to do that.
