I really love the Jets in this spot and I think the spread should be double what it is. That is just too much value to pass up. The Jets are a streaky team. They tend to win several games and lose several games in a row. And coming off a nice win over Buffalo at home in a game they had to win and I think that momentum will carry over onto the road. Washington has to be exhausted over the last couple of weeks. They had a big rivalry loss at home to Dallas. Then they went on the road and were able to get a comeback win over Seattle. After a long flight home I wonder how much they will have to offer against a very motivated Jets team. New York has played its best football in December and January under Rex Ryan and this is just the time for them to make their move. This team always plays its best when expectations are low and right now they know that every game is a must-win if they are going to make a playoff push. Washington has only won one game in its last seven tries. And because this number is so small they would have to pull the outright upset in order to beat this number. The Redskins are 8-17-2 ATS in their last 27 home games and this team has been one of the worst bets in all of football over the past five years. I think that New York plays one of its best games of the year and gets a blowout winner for us as we cash this ticket.

I like the points in this game. These are two very evenly matched teams so the value is here for an up-and-coming Carolina team that is at a key number. Tampa Bay's defense has really fallen off and I think that Cam Newton is going to be able to put points on the board to keep this game competitive. Tampa Bay is just 2-6 ATS in its last eight games and they have only outgained two teams in their last 10 games. Tampa has lost five straight games and they are just 7-20 ATS in their last 27 home games.

They have lost to the Cardinals the last two years but I think that they get revenge here against their former division rival. Arizona still doesn't have a stable quarterback and I don't think that they will find ways to score against a very good Dallas defense. Dallas is 7-3 ATS in its last 10 meetings with Arizona and they have had extra time to prepare for this game after their win on Thanksgiving. Arizona has nothing left to play for and the Cowboys are playing for a spot in the postseason. This number should have been closer to 6.0 and I think that they will easily get the job done here in this situation.

If you can't beat 'em, join 'em! Right now Green Bay is undefeated and they are the best team in football. But the books keep shorting their lines. New York looked terrible on Monday Night Football and they couldn't stop the New Orleans offense. They will play better this weekend because they are at home. But Green Bay is 8-2 ATS on the road and 7-2 ATS when laying points. They are the hottest bet in football and I will bet on them until they lose. The Giants are just 1-5-1 ATS in their last seven and the home team is just 1-5 ATS when these two teams play. Green Bay keeps it going.

They will be missing three defensive starters. It takes a good, healthy defense to play a great game against the Saints in order to slow them down. I don't think that Detroit will be able to keep up. New Orleans is 4-0 ATS in its home games this year and Detroit is a team that I don't think is ready to play at this level. I will back the healthy team that is playing at home and not worry about the number.
