Shrink I need your help. I opened my account with ewinner om aug. 31 for $1000. I have reloaded 2 times and received a 20% bonus on all deposits. Total bonus money earned was $760.

Yesterday I requested a withdrawal for $1000 via Neteller. It never was processed. I called ewinner and talked to Corby who said that my account had been closed and all my funds seized because 2 accounts were operating off the same ip address. They emailed me rule #3 from their rules and regulations which says that a player can only have one account and that management can close their account and that only the initial deposit will be refunded. I told Corby when I talked to him that two accounts have been using the same ip address because my buddy from school moved in and we have been playing the same plays and winning. I told them I can prove the identity of my buddy my sending in id's and Corby said that the owners didn't care. They confiscated my balance of $3160 and I posted up for $1500. They also told me in an email that if I had withdrawn more than I had posted up, that they will confiscate my entire balance. That is nowhere stated in the rules. They didn't even want to listen to what I had to say or allow me to try and prove that we are two seperate people. And even by their own rules I should at least get my post up back. They basically stole my money here. Shrink I need your help and boys, stay far away from this book.

JJ, your posts sometimes crack me up. How can you start saying something like that when you haven't heard e-winner's side.

Not to fret,

I will call them up today on your behalf if you'd be kind enough to shoot me email with the same details or more on it...

Thanks,
Ken

without hearing ewinners side of the story, i would say worst case scenario he was circumventing their limits (he said the plays on both accounts were the same, so it wasnt a bonus scam).

they should pay him and show him the door imo.

jj,

i think the best thing anyone can do is to just wait until shrink speaks with them. raising hell on the board and blowing things out of proportion will NOT help matters at all.

calm down brother. shrink is on the job!~

JJ, remember you started out the same way in the WSEX case and later had to retract.

Stud- If what you said is 100% true, you MAY get your money back and probably should. HOWEVER, you should never open up two accounts at the same book from the same IP. You are just asking for trouble. This is especially true if a sportsbook has it in its rules. Not in ANYWAY suggesting you wer trying anything shady, but just remember this in the future. This goes for other posters reading this too. Good luck Stud. I hope things work out ok for you.

Thank you Shrink for your help. I will email you at shrink@theprescription.com and give you more details. Also thanks for the calming words of don't fret. I have been worried, angry, and just stressed all night and morning. This really sucks. I didn't how it would feel to have this happen to me. Thanks and I pray we can work something out.

Strut/Fish,Thanks for the advice. I just learned all of this the hard way. I didn't think about it at the time, but RPM may be right about the book looking at us circumventing the limits. If I was doing anything shady I would have used different ip's and been more careful. But I didn't think that playing the same plays would be a violation. Anyway, thanks for the advice guys.

Don't know exactly what happened here, but a "Bonus Scam" and "Circumventing Limits" are not mutually exclusive. In fact, they often occur hand-in-hand.

Suggest we do no speculating until more facts are known. Not fair to Stud or Ewinner. Thanks

halifax,

true, but if it were a bonus scam, the two accounts would have had opposite sides of the same games wouldnt they?

Boys, I hope you guys are counting, cause that's now 11 that are using more than 1 acct since my RIO thing.. lol.. I told you there are over 200 doing this now. And by Dec of 2004, we will have caught at least 45-55 of them. But that's what's funny.. is that I will always be the one to get called the scammer, and you all know why? Because my name is Sick Gambler, and I am in the spotlight, becauuse I have a big mouth who posts a lot and never shuts up and everyone knows me.. If I was a quiet guy and no one knew me, this thing would have been over by day 2. But you pay the consequences when you're me. I compare this to O.J. Simpson. If O.J. was a bench player for some division 2 college basketball team that no one heard of, we would hear it on CNN for the first day and never again would we hear about this murder again because no one would care. But because this was Sick Gambler with the RIO thing, we will hear about this for a long time. It's actually funny as hell. I guess I am O.J. Simpson.. Guys like Moneyline, and Revere 14, just a few more examples of people who've got more than 1 acct were caught here too, but no one talked about them at all anymore. But yours truly, sick gambler will get talked about because of Sick Gamblers strong presence in the forums and his 12000 posts in both forums, and his very big mouth and very vocal character. If my name was some poster with 56 posts, no one would have ever talked about me again for the last 2 months.

Oh well, who cares. All i know is i never frauded anyone, and that's all that counts to me..

Sick- You very well could be right. However, may I ask you and others to try and keep this thread to the issue at hand. Thanks.
