I REALLY LIKE TORONTO, DET AND KC TO GO OVER TONIGHT...

METS/PITT..JUST WHEN YOU THOUGHT IT COULDN'T GET WORSE...Now Reyes is out on behreavement leave.he was the hottest hitter in the league and now will be out for at least the minimum 3 games..Still the Metsies got double digit hits for the second day in a row. any coincidence that this happened on a day Jason Bay was rested?Meanwhile the reliever with the best ERA in Baseball gives up not one , but 2 runs and the under 7.5 loses 5-3.

Crazy RA Dickey and his sore heal are going to give it a go..he feels he needs to leave up to his contract?..is he an alien? or maybe just a throw back to "the GOOD OLD DAYS"? Here is a vote for the latter.Question is can he physically go very far? it's a very humid day in Nyc which should have a positive effect on his knuckler

Yesterday the A"s bats looked pathetic.The should get better against Garcia. At least they should make contact..still the Yanks have equal or better starting pitchcer ,Colon went the distance so the pen is rested, and a much much better offense. So what am I missing???

IT'S SAD TO SAY MY YANKEE PLAYS ARE DOING BETTER THAN MY METS PLAYS

METS/BUCS ..NOT MUCH TO SAY. RA Dickey pitched his heart out but got no support the game hinged on a "nicked" batsman that didn't ever try to get out of the way..Today i would think both pitchers are better than the hitters they are facing but 7 seems low..will probably look at individual matchups..Ike Davis is now on 3 weeks running rest and probably not be back until the all star break..are you kidding????

YANKS/OAKLAND..AJ Burnett has not been good on the road but i have yet to see anything from Oakland's bats..Yanks still have the bullpen advantage as well. Teixeira has been hot and i will look at his individual match up

Scherzer is 6-1 3.08 ERA but more importantly Duensing is 0-3 last 3 with 8.47 ERA

4-0 yesterday. I have been just looking at pitchers last 3 starts and it has been doing very well in this thread.

For today:

Porcello 3-0 1.95 ERA last 3 starts and you don't hear much about him

Myers is a ticking time bomb but usually kills the cubs. HIs last 3 is 0-2 6.27 ERA
Davis is 0-2 on the year with a 8.31 ERA
