I really like the way the Mets have been playing the last 2.5 weeks.. Starting to be a fan of theirs.

Until the Pirates can prove they can win in Milw, go against them. They are now 2-14 in Milw over the last 3 seasons. 0-3 against Milw this year.
Karstens 0-3 lifetime against Milw. Narveson 2-0 lifetime against Pitt. Nothing is perfect. This is close.

I've got nothing on the Rangers game today. Holland is hit or miss - looked terrible as of late. Haren is soild. The pitching advantage definitely goes to the Angels. Both teams are banged up offensively. Kind of hard for me to put a finger on this one

AZ might be a value play against the dodgers.. Good young stud pitching against Billingsley who has been hit a bit by AZ hitters. +135 or so is not a bad price.. Bills walks a lot of guys.. he is very jekyl and hyde.

Exactly why I took the price with the unseen kid.. Nothing surprises me when Bills pitches, if he throws a 3 hit shutout or gives up 4 in the 1st.. never surprises me.

Detroit is a great play for Sunday.. I hate to give big juice, but when the situation is right I strongly recommend it..

I see Detroit winning this game more than 2 out of 3.

Odds on reduced juice tonight will likely be -175 or so.. Tigers have won 7 in a row and KC has scored one run in their last 2 games. KC has Davies on the mound on the mound with a career whip of 1.61 and a whip this season of 1.75.. Lets see how the Tiger bats have fared against Davies:

Detroit has Scherzer who is 6-0 this season and pitching very well.. Detroit has a rested bullpen.

Again I don't usually recommend large favorites but the Detroit Tigers appear to be that rare time where there is actually value in taking a big price.. I absolutely love the Tigers tomorrow..
