I found this interesting. One of the touts on Tampa Bay wrote this:
"This is a most unique line. A team mired in a 10-game losing streak, with a struggling pitcher starting the game and an awful bullpen behind him, are favored against the team with the best record in the Major League’s. We will attack it properly."
Umm, shouldn't that be a red flag to either play Cleveland or pass?? I heard someone tell me a long time ago that if you can't figure out a line then you better either pass or play the side that doesn't make any sense. Nobody and I mean nobody wanted Cleveland tonight. The result? They won by 11 runs.

could not agree more knuckle. i looked at his stat line this morning...127 hits in 102 innings? He's been living a charmed life all year with great run support and lucky breaks. I have lost against him several times but just felt tonight was the night. They are now 14-5 in his starts (somehow) and I think you will see that balance out the remainder of the year.
He's awful and I expect his era to be approaching 6 by seasons end...same goes with their bullpen which consists of journeymen, castoffs and former gas cans that have all together somehow decided to start holding the opposition to sub .200 averages.....this will not last and once that pen crumbles this team will fold like a tent with that offense.
Buffettgambler has already foretold of the demise of the Rays from Tampatown many moons ago....his prophecies will unfold before our very eyes in the days to come. Those that heed his warning will be enriched beyond their wildest dreams and those who do not......:hanging:
