Here's my take on this issue :
Ken, along with many others, have been fooled by the former managers of Betpanam who KNEW details such that the book had no license, that the book had a start up capital of 230K and , of course, failed to report it.
One other thing that should be kept in mind at all times is that those managers were the ones who intitially got the Panamanian shareholders involved . Panamanians don't know the business, don't understand it, they just provided financing and the license.
It is correct to say that at least one of Betpanam's shareholders is extremely wealthy.
As many are aware there are two possibilities being dealt with at this time.
One concerns a fire sale of betpanam's liabilities to a party potentially moving to Panama. As to beginning last week negotiations where stalling over major details. We shall all see in the coming 48 hours.
If this option doesn't go through I have negotiated a payment plan with Betpanam's shareholders with the local Authorities assistance.
I still believe players will get paid.
