I just won myself a seat in the WSOP!!!!

Party Poker is holding satellites. There are six stages. I started at stage 2 ($50) and worked my way up only to find myself winning the final stage. Got super lucky with 4 players left. I had A-3 vs. A-5. We were both all-in preflop, and I was low stack at the time. A trusty 3 fell on the river.

Anyways, I'm pumped! I get $2000 for hotel and flight, $1500 spending money and $10000 for the entry.

That's the end of my self-promotion for now.

peteep, congrats buddy that is fantastic, I will see you there!! I have a very similiar story. I posted up at Party Poker for the 1st time last weekend, played a $9/1 qualifier(purely by accident as well, didn't even know I was playing a qualifier thought I was just playing a $10 table) won that, got a free roll in a $30 dollar table and won. That got me a buy in at the $300 tournament with about 650 other people where the top 13 got the same package as you. Started at 11pm played until 5 am and was one of the last 13, I was actually chip leader at 2:30 in the morning which was just frying my mind. The whole thing actually is surreal. We should have a beverage when we're down there.

I imagine we're staying at the same hotel... We should definitley get together before hand. I don't know about you but I'm going to try and play a fair bit before going down there, I don't imagine I'll be playing in many more million dollar tourneys.
