Walmart, Wawa, Walgreens, Burger King, CVS, Wells Fargo ....I am sure I am forgetting places.
Now I am sympathetic to the victims don't get me wrong.
The companies 'accepting donations' -- it's a moneymaker for them.
Let's say the collect 5 million dollars in donations. They send that off to the Red Cross. Then when tax time comes they take the deduction for five million dollars donated without taking one cent out of their wallets.
Am I seeing it wrong? Everybody is asking for donations. It feels like a gravy train. I hope someone will tell me I am wrong.
