ESPY Awards, pretentious POS

I hate what ESPN has become. I watched it from the very beginning. There are a few good shows,
PTI, The Sports Reporters when Dick Schapp was still alive, NFL Sunday Countdown, NFL Primetime. What I'm sick of is revolving door of Sportscenter Anchors, Top Ten plays of the week, Their montages, teases, Idiotic shows like Stump Charles Schwab and of course The ESPY's.

I didn't even watch this years show yet. Let me guess. Did they open with an opera. A Jaime Foxx skit. The obnoxious Williams Sisters, they haven't missed an awards show since Hector was a pup. Did they have their teary eyed tribute to a fallen hero, who was killed by friendly fire. They must have followed it by the solemn SportsCenter theme as they faded to black. Did Chris Berman wear his tuxedo. Was Kobe there with his wife to celebrate the Lakers NBA Title, oops sorry, wrong year. At least they brought "The Rick" back as he waits for another sitcom pilot. BooYeah!!!!!

espn rigged it so Andy roddick would beat out Federer as the best male tennis player, and serena williams was called the best player over the French speaking justine Henin,so she could have her boobs hang out like Janet Jackson.

Of course Serana (thought she look pretty damn good also) and Roddick are going to win. This is voted by the people and Espn is an American Station seen mostly by Americans and we will vote for our own just as the Europeans would also.

Now for the best part of the evening, Sharon Stone just an amazingly sexy women. The women reeks of sex appeal.

To each their own on preferences but I still think she look good. Totally agree about Federer over Roddick but it was a popularity contest with Americans doing most of the voting. And if Federer can take the US Open he will solidfied himself as THE most dominating figure in Tennis, at least on anything but clay.

not a big sharon stone fan, but have to admit she has a rockin bod for someone her age.

the chick that was doing the red carpet show was pretty hot too. nancy o'dell.

i ended up watching ocean's eleven instead.

I watched it for 3 minutes and then turned the channel. I returned to the ESPY's show later only to see Chris Berman crash the ESPN love fest. ESPN has become a joke.
