ESPN gameplan No Michigan and USC WTF!

I live in Arizona and the USC/Virginia game is the local broadcast. Order the friggin "ESPN gamelplan" so I would be able to watch other games outside of my region as any other moron would think he would be able to do. The Michigan Utah game is not being shown yet is being televised on ABC!! WTF. Call the cable company and they tell me there is "no guarantee that the games will be shown" What bullshit. What is the point of having the gameplan if you are unable to watch other games outside of the regional braodcast?
