To my thinking a question exists as to how the guy manages to rent both the rooms on either side of Erin Andrews. "Negligence" seems can at least be argued.
Obviously "Legal" has advised her to take a shot, and why not?
I don't see any potential negative Impact on her Public Image as result of this lawsuit.

And no.....did not watch it, the quality was just too poor. Blurry. Couldn't see anything at all. May as well watcha Mannequin thru Intense Fog for all this guy accomplished, what a complete Failure he is. Unwatchable for me.
True of myself and all others here as well Of Course. Amount of Research we all accomplished combined though, was nowhere near the sheer Volume of research that MikeB did regarding this. I know because the expense report he submitted for his investigation of this included 3 Mouses, a visit to a Hand & Arm Doctor wherein he reported extreme fatigue of Hand and debilitating soreness of Arm and also a visit to a eye doctor.
Which suggests that he might petition us for money for Glasses one day, claiming his Vision problems stem from this very investigation, this very Research.
I know BAS well enough though to know he won't pay that.
He will make MikeB take us to Court.
