150MM affected...not sure where they got $425MM to settle? Even at $125 pp, and just 25% filing a claim for cash, you need $5B.

They are paying you $37.50/hr for your troubles, so you only need to have spent a minimum of 3.5 hours to go over the $125 mark...no one will settle for $125.
Maybe the will FIFO the claims...so get em in.
