And I love it. Panthers pretty healthy, unlike the last few games of the year. Get Stewart, Ginn and Coleman back. I'll take the panthers at home....large.

Good luck J. J. The Panther QB is a potent offensive weapon that is hard to contain.....Especially with a supporting cast.

I see 64% on CAR.
36% on Seattle.

Why do people sensationalize like this? No, the entire world is not on Seattle. The entire world is not on Carolina either. And if that were the case, they books would probably fire the line maker as they would prefer a fairly equal amount on both sides.

My point is all you hear on TV is about the seahawks. if you ask the average person, they will tell you the seahawks will win this game. It seems 90% of this forum is on the seahawks. Maybe my phrase sensationalized the situation, but its based on the previous statements. It makes me like my bet more and more, which I liked a lot to begin with. There will be dabbing all day long. Go Panthers.

Yes I am hearing allot of seahawk love.

I think Carolina wins today. team goes 15-1 and gets no respect at home.

The "entire world is on Seattle?" What in the world are you talking about? :think2:

Sports Insights is hooked into 40+ sports books. The betting percentages represent ACTUAL WAGERS placed on each game at the participating sportsbooks.

According to the most current data, 67% of the money is on Carolina.

Then I guess we must be watching different channels on TV. I don't know who the "average person" is (sounds like a Straw Man to me). Perhaps this forum, but I'd hardly think this is representative of the country. I imagine that there are plenty of areas that are pro-Carolina or pro-Seattle. And as Al and Incubus pointed out, there are plenty of bettors on Carolina (so you're in the majority as far as that goes). Good luck with your wager.

Dont they mean the % is amount of bets on the side not money, that is if you believe any of it anyhow

Yeah, I've always understood it this way as well. Those numbers represent # of bets placed not $ wagered.

The topic is BS....Because the public is on the Panthers.

Why wouldn`t they be....15-1 team at home laying only 2.5 points....I repeat only 2.5 points.....LMAO

Good luck!

Agree. To take it a couple of steps further.

-Panthers beat them @Sea earlier this year.

-Seattle very unimpressive offensively last week, needing a botched PAT distanced FG to squeak it out.

This score will be funky...22-20....24-23....Something like that.....Missed xtra point.....2 point conversion....Safety.

2.5 points looks to easy for the chalk players.....We`ll see.

Good luck!

Pops, if it's any consolation to ya, Greg Olsen goes to my church (St. Gabriel, Catholic) and he and his family carried the offertory gifts up last night. Should be a good omen for us Panther players. GL

Brandon Lang is on Seattle. He just released his paid play. You have no worries now. Carolina will cover. :)!/

Bookmaker Bob Scucci said SEA was getting most of the money, especially the sharps-- that was Wednesday though. Here it seems like maybe 3/4 have been on SEA. And the line speaks volumes ...
