Does anyone have suggestions for an online book that accepts Americans and would also have a substantial number of Futures offerings for EPL? Most of the normal books have just a single wager for 15/16 champ. I'm looking for bets on leading goalscorer, POY, predicted order of finish, etc.
If not possible which book would be most amenable to taking a call and creating a few lines?
Lastly, I am heading to Vegas this weekend and was wondering which book is recommended for the same action. Does anyone know of one with a good reputation for a large quantity of soccer offerings?
