Feature Match
Leicester vs. Liverpool
2:45pm ET

Liverpool are playing very poorly at this time and backing them home or away is "risky business".

I have to believe that their confidence is extremely low at this time. The pressure in training must be immense. They were very fortunate to pull off late wins against Stoke, QPR and Ludogorets in the CL.

On the other side we have Leicester whom have been respectable at home this season as a recently promoted team; with only one EPL loss to WBA and I think they can manage a result tonight too.

I watched a replay of Liverpool against Stoke last weekend and I was not impressed enough to back them tonight. They were weak, slow, mentally unprepared and never got in a rhythm. Losing Sturridge and Suarez has hurt them to the tune of 56 goals.

Leicester will be pumped up for this match at home and facing a Liverpool side that is under extreme pressure. As such, I can't see how this is a walk in the park for the Reds and as favorites on the road too. If we strictly compared rosters Liverpool would win that contest but its not the best team on paper that wins matches but the best team on the pitch on the day.

With 1 Win, 4 Draws and 1 Loss at home this season I will be with the Foxes at home tonight and until Liverpool shows signs of improved consistency I will not be backing them any time soon. Plus, I think that Esteban Cambiasso can keep Philippe Coutinho in check today and that should make a huge difference in this match.

Leicester +0.5 (3 Units)

Other matches I am on as well but no write ups because I'm too lazy today. (-:

If you would like my opinion on any please ask before first kick and will be happy to respond.

1.5 Units per selection:

Manchester United vs. Stoke +1.0
Manchester United vs. Stoke Over 2.5 Goals
Swansea vs. QPR +1.0
Swansea vs. QPR OVER 2.5 Goals
Crystal Palace vs. Aston Villa +0.5

Arsenal vs. Southampton
2:45pm ET
Dec 3, 2014

Arsenal have been under some pressure lately for results. Wenger as well, with banners being waved indicating he must go. However, they are in the CL Sweet 16 and have been boosted by the return of Koscielny in defense. They have some injuries and will be fielding their 3rd keeper again; but I watched their last few matches and they have had many chances and the lions share of possession. They probably should have beat Man U with the amount of chance but DeGea was awsome again.

At the Capital One Cup earlier this year between these two teams; Southampton played their top XI. Arsenal took it easy, was lax defensively and their back four was not their best four fielding Ospina, Bellerin, Coquelin and Hayden.

Southampton has been impressive so far this season; however, when they face upper level teams they under preform.

Arsenal have a way of not allowing or scoring goals in the first half and as such I am taking....

DRAW HT/ARSENAL FT (4 Units) +350

I watched from the side lines and stayed away this weekend as the matches seemed too difficult to predict and I was lazy to cap. However, I like this one very much.

Southampton vs. Manchester United
December 8, 2014
3:00PM ET

I can’t help but think that there will be a blood bath for Manchester supporters tonight. Every tout, bettor and casual fan believes that the Saints are over matched tonight by a resurgent Man U side.

Look, I have no doubt that United are capable of edging Southampton tonight and get their fourth win in a row, however, the Saints will have something to say about that. Aside from the extremely fortunate win at Arsenal; United’s other wins have been against Palace, Stoke and Hull all at home.

Man U on the road this season:

DRAW 1-1 Sunderland.
DRAW 0-0 Burnley.
LOSS 5-3 Leicester.
DRAW 2-2 WBA
LOSS 1-0 Manchester City
WIN 2-1 Arsenal (Extremely Fortunate)

Southampton’s last two matches (Which ended in losses)

LOSS 0-3 Manchester City (Shots and possession pretty even)
LOSS 1-0 Arsenal (They played similar to United who had two shots on target and scored both and the Saints had only one shot on target)

Man U
NO Di Maria
NO Blind
NO Falcao (Not 100%)

Problem area with Man U IMHO is the full backs Young and Valencia. Who are starting tonight.

Why is everyone writing off the Saints after two losses to top teams? I’m not fully convinced about United and let’s face it they have been out played in every away game this season.

I’m siding with a solid defense and goalkeeper at home tonight. DeGea has to have another “stand on your head” match to keep this alive for United.

Fonte you owe me 3 Units.

What a BONEHEAD CARELESS decision. Most likely will lose the under as I expect the Saints to win outright!

Arsenal vs. Newcastle
12:30PM ET

Arsenal hope to carry some momentum from their win in Turkey mid-week. They rested Sanchez, Gibbs and Carzola and subbed in a few yongsters.
Newcastle will be wanting to win another big match after beating the unbeatable Chelsea last week. Arsenal supports are thrilled Chelsea lost because "Mourinho is a PRICK" and hates Wenger and also because they can still retain th elongest unbeaten streak in the EPL at 49 matches. LOL Mr. PRICK!!!

Two key points stick out about this match: Injuries to both sides and a history of goals scored between themat the Emirates.

Injuries:

Arsenal
OUT - Koscielny, Monreal, Chambers, Ramsey, Mikel Arteta and Theo Walcott
NOTE: Gibbs (Playing hurt?) Debuchy (Back from injury but but probably playing center??? Not good)

Newcastle
OUT - Goalkeepers #1 & #2,
NOTE: Coloccini (Game time decision)

I'm really in favor of OVER 2.5 & BTTS as both sides are attack minded, Arsenal are short on defense and the Magpies have only lost once in their last 10 matches in all competitions.

It's the Sanchez vs. Cisse show this afternoon and I can't wait.

Over is a good pick. As it stands, the 1st 6 games are all under 2.5, the O 2.5 is overdue.

Everton vs. Queens Park Rangers
Dec. 15, 2014
3:00PM ET

Tonight's match pits two teams in need of a win. QPR need to move out of the relegation zone and Everton need to keep pace with the pack in the middle of the table.
QPR have lost every match on the road this season (0-0-7) only scoring two goals in those seven matches. The Toffees have only won one or their last six EPL matches and their home record is a mediocre (2-3-2).

Everton have conceed the most goals at home and QPR have conceeded the most goals on the road this season. What a crazy match up and probably why the over is being hit quite a bit by the public bettors.

This is a pivital match that can set the tone going forward for both sides. As a result, I expect a very guarded and non-comittal match. Both teams will be extremely nervous and reluctant to take risks.

It's obvious that the Toffes are the better side and QPR will be missing their key goal scorer Charlie Austin. I was very dissappointed with Everton and their recent performance against Hull at home which resulted in a draw.

I can't see where QPR will be getting their goal production from and Everton aren't exactly lighting it up.

Incredible how unimpressive both teams are and yet we have 6 shots on target and 4 goals.

Everton keep giving the ball away and Lukkaku not even a factor yet they are up 3-1.

Insanity! QPR have given the game to the Toffees. Totally not what I expected and very revealing for the future.

Aston Villa vs. Manchester United
December 20, 2014
10:00AM ET

I'm looking at the total in this match and I'm saying to myself, "How long can United rely on DeGea to save the day?" I know that Villa are very poor at scoring goals but lets face it, United have been pretty lucky recently that they have had DD standing on his head in net. Look when we see Rooney and RVP score goals and DeGea gets man of the match you have to wonder when will they allow some goals?

Today is the day and Benteke will be that man. I fully expect to see Villa score once on United but I still feel that Man U will win the match.

A big problem that faces Villa today is the abscence of Hutton. With the midfield in jeopardy I can't see them keeping a clean sheet either. I'm not sold on the Red Devils defense; but I can certainly say that the offense is on fire.

At the end of the day, I don't trust United or Villa at keeping a clean sheet in this match. I considered BTTS but decided on the total in the event that Villa draw a blank and Man U score on (an insane) 3/4 shots like they did against Liverpool or get a free goal as a Christmas gift like they did from Southampton.

QPR vs. Arsenal
Liverpool vs. Burnley

DOUBLE
Arsenal -1 & Liverpool -1.5 (+273) 5 Units

QPR and Burnley have the two worse defensive sides in the EPL. They have each concered 45 goals this season. Although QPR have been somewhat stingy at home lately, I can't see them keeping an extremely talented Arsenal; who despite the game against Monaco have a 6-0-2 record in the League since the New Year and have won five out of the last six against QPR. QPR will be without some key players today (Dunne, Fer, Barton and Isla).

As for Burnley, they have given up 16 goals since the start of the New Year and Liverpool have played and won against some pretty stiff competion in their last five matches. This team is is great form and should make the KOP giddy with a strong win to nil today.

Finally:
Arsenal have scored 19 goals and conceded 6 goals in the EPL since the New Year.
Liverpool have scored 14 goals and conceded 5 goals in the EPL since the New Year.
