This all came out a few days ago.

In other words, you're referencing something that isn't the story.

To give one specific example, here a headline from your google search:

No truth problem at all, I googled what she said. Court documents were unsealed 4/26 and those stories all ran the following few days. NSA collected it then gave it to the FBI who mishandled the information. This program has been going since 2001 and I'm sure their was more than just this one problem with how information was handled.
