I was able to empty my entire neteller balance this AM over on the 2+2 forum to pokerstars. As many of you know there are tons of people over there willing to move the money for 5% total (1.9% P2P fee + an additional 3%). Let me know if you want a reference. I think you do have to play a little over at pokerstars before requesting a withdrawl, but atleast the money is out of neteller where it is essentially worthless.
