Some areas there have been positive results (Border, jobs), definitely not all though and quite a few areas he's not doing well (tariffs, trade deficit)

Correct — though most of the rebalance has been caused by imports decreasing

And as I mentioned imports were rushed in March to avoid tariffs, which makes sense
