Elizabeth Warren believes Donald Trump has performed so poorly during his first 100 days in office he might have put America off male leaders forever.
The Massachusetts senator bashed the president Wednesday night during a keynote speech at a fundraising gala for Emily's List, an organization that trains pro-choice Democrat women to run for office.
'The way things are going, if the next three years and 261 days are like Donald's first 100 days — I wonder if America will ever be ready for a male president again,' Warren said.

The senator has dodged questions about whether she might run for office in 2020, but her recent book tour across the country led some to believe she has her eyes set on the White House.
Although she did not clarify her future ambitions, Warren urged her fellow female Democrats to stand against the current administration.
'We're going to shatter the glass ceiling into so many pieces that the Donald Trumps and Mitch McConnells of the world will never be able to put it back together again!' Warren said according to NBC News.
Warren made national headlines in February after McConnell, the Senate Majority leader, silenced her on the Senate floor using an arcane rule.
Describing Warren's attitude, he said: 'She was warned. She was given an explanation. Nevertheless, she persisted.'

'She persisted' became a rallying cry for people across the country who felt Warren had been treated unfairly, and also became a slogan in support of women politicians.
Warren further hit back at McConnell during Wednesday's address.
'Donald Trump might call us names. Mitch McConnell might tell us to sit down and shut up,' she said. 'We will not back down. We will not play dead. We will resist. We will persist. And we will win.'
Her message seems to echo the ambitions of thousands of women across the country: 12,000 women have signed up to run for office since Election Day, according to Emily's List.
