I'll ask him but I don't think he'll go for it. He was happy with >6k per guy guaranteed. If we split 50/50, we all get over 6. If we place first with the above split, we're getting the same thing. Think we'd rather have a chance at over 8k a piece than 2500

Well there is no way for both of you to get 6k with a 50-50 split

So your math is wrong on being able to get 6k on a 50/50 split

The only way both of you can get 6k each is if you win at least 12k

You best option for 6k each would be take

12675 and 6000k
If you finish 1st you both get over 6k if you finish 2nd you still get 3k each . That’s still a nice payday

and I believe you also won some money being the last person not to get a strike you can add that to your winnings also
