St Louis -1 1/2 (+128) (4 units)...That miraculous STL comeback last night could have lasting effects for both squads for a week or two. I've seen it happen many times before. STL's bullpen concerns me without Izzy, but Marquis should stick around loonger than Harang, and Cincy's bullpen is a major concern, esp their state of mind after last night's game.STL offense could be on the verge of 'busting out"
Baltimore -144 (2 units)..Don't usually lke laying -144, but we'll make an exception this time with the Balt bats facing Josh Towers, who gets lit up about everytime out. Still looking for Cabrera tio find his groove. Usually takes Tor 2nd or 3rd time around the order to figure out the pitcher, hopefully Balt wil have plenty of runs on the board by then. Both bulpens stretched last night, and Towers doesn't go deep into games.
NY Mets/Phily OVER 7 1/2 (2 units)..lots of 7's still out there, but don't wanna drink the juice again today. Glavine is no longer getting the corners, and quite a few Mets hitters have good averages vs. Myers. This total looks like a 9 or 10 to me.
