Hey guys,

I was thinking about buying a phone on e-bay...The phone is only $89, it looks like an iphone and is "unlocked" (so I guess that you can program it to your carrier, ex: t-mobile, sprint, at&t). So, whats the catch? Is there one? Im not use to the whole ebay thing. Can someone please help a brother out? :think2:

If it's only $89 then you're probably buying an iPhone clone. Basically an asian rip-off that will probably disappoint you down the road.

The thing to remember about Ebay is that if something's too good to be true, that's cause it probably is.

T-mobile doesn't sell the IPhone. So they're probably selling you a different phone.

Also, the Ebay auction is definitely a fake Iphone. I'd be careful.

Could be refurbished. Always look at the fine print. I once bought a camera that was refurbished (didnt read the fine print) saved my self like 30 bucks and the camera never worked right.

i can sell you my extra iphone for $100.... catch here is screen is broken.... everything works and it's in really good condition but you will have to spend another 80-100 to fix the screen. oh...and it's 2g
