so you're a traditional pie guy, I have no problem with that

Pepe's whole clam is special, but other than that I like simple cheese with sauce pizza's best, along with sausage as the one topping


almost forgot, I love roasted red peppers as a topping as well



PS: there's a lot of money in good pizza, nice markups, little waste and cash

go for it
