I checked the rosters for this game and there seems to be an edge at the skill positions for the East squad. I especially like Derrick Knight from Boston College. I look for him to have a big game. With the rules limiting what the defenses can do, this has the looks of a high scoring game. I like the East -3 and over 46 1/2.

I like the East also- Coaching mismatch with Walt Harris over John Robinson. Lots of big-time program players on the east (Ohio State- Michigan-Florida).

Not only incomplete passes, they kept running it on running out of bounds, first downs and even saw it running on a turnover on downs. The only time they stopped the clock was for TV timeouts.

I got F'd hard in this game, was it a rule or were they just running the clock so the game was over in time for ESPN's program schedule to stay on time?

I would have bet the over first half and won easy had I known... no game would ever go over for the full game the way this clock was used in the 2nd half.
