I think it's fantastic that you think that way. That you believe in god but admit that you don't know for sure. I really respect and applaud you for that. It's a very rare thing.
Unfortunatly most religious types deal only in absolutes. Many would probably insult you for what you just said because you are supposed to have "faith".
+1
This is an Enlightened way of grasping the concept of "God".
Rare indeed....as JC said.
Its inherent for Man, possessing the 3rd Brain Center and thus being capable of reason, to believe in a higher power, to have Faith. This is as much a natural part of Man as Eyes are. Far too few get themselves free of the Shepherds with bad Intentions here, be those bad intentions Greed, simple lust for power over one's fellow man or even more nefarious. Believe in what you do, what feels right to
you.
Great example of truth and man's revision of truth (thus lie) is what was said was "I am a Way To The Father" but Men changed that to "I am the
only way to The Father". The Monopoly on entry to Heaven = more money, more power. This is not complex stuff.
You don't need any Man or Woman to tell you who or what God is. And what "He Wants" from you. You don't need anyone telling you this stuff any more than you need someone to tell you how to
Breathe. You were born with that knowledge. Inherently. Instinctively.
Don't let simple-minded servants of Avarice over complicate a thing that is really very very simple.
