a few that jumped out at me..

ohio +20 @ miami oh...anyone who had ohio against pittsburgh knows how tough a loss that was...not only should have ohio covered, they could have won outright..like them here against a miami team trying to get it together

oregon +27 @ oklahoma..coming off 7 turnover disaster against indiana..this one has already jumped 2 1/2 points and likely to go higher..i will wait for 28 points and then make a decision

mid tenn st. -2 1/2 v. flordia atlantic...fau has put alot of money in my pocket with 2 easy covers to date, but they are playing third straight road game...fau beat mtsu last year on the final play and i think they catch fau in a bad emotional spot...line has dropped already and may be a sign that the masses are starting to jump on the fau bandwagon...not sure on this one yet

utep +27 v boise st...everyone saw the boise game on friday and the masses will line up at the ticket window to get a piece of boise in what appers to be a no brainer...bsu gets off the blue carpet and onto grass and things seem to change...although utep didn't get the cover at asu, they looked good with the exception of putting the ball on the turf.

washington pk v. ucla...kind of a gut lean right now -- uw has the better defense in my opinion and likely to be a dog by kickoff..home team dog with the better defense is a great combination -- i have to keep an eye on the qb situation at the uw this week, whihc may keep me off this one altogether..

Jimmy, I live here in Murfreesboro, the home of MTSU. FAU is our first home game and it has been dubbed "Operation Fullhouse". The University and the local media are working hard to fill the stadium for this payback game. We will be ready for the Owls.

IMO, MTSU's D will hold FAU. The Raiders have great receivers and a good ground game to put points on the board. We'll cover

thanks for the feedback -- definately has solidified my play -- only thing that worries me is crissinger-hill -- kid has nfl talent written all over him -- nonetheless, i don't think it will we enough.

good luck this weekend

the coach of fl a (schelenberger) is my biggest concern in that game. 2nd year with them and he knows how to recuite and win. not taking anything on it now but if the line gets bet down alot, i be on mtsu 4 sure. gl

i don't like going against schnelenberger either pops -- especially in light of what he has done for the both of us this year -- just don't like fau's spot here -- i am making this a standard play

here are my plays so far

oregon +29 over OU...i eyeballed this one early and was waiting for line movement -- placed only a 1/2 unit and will wait some more -- as for analysis on this game, see railbird's post in his thread -- can't say it any better.

ohio +20 over miami ohio...maybe i have my head up my ass, but this one looks too tasty to pass up.....1 unit for now

MTSU -2 1/2 over fau....1/2 unit for now and hoping for a better number - if it hasn't moved by thursday morning, i will place another 1/2 unit on it..

iowa St. -2 1/2 over n. illinois...1 unit..they did me very right last week and i think that defense will give niu fits...

missouri -13 1/2 (1st half) over ball st..1 unit and likely another -- really like mizzou to put up 28 points in first half.

ytd 5-3...+170

adding two more

oregon st. (-12) over new mexico...got this one early in the week assuming the line would rise -- surprised it hasn't, but maybe the loss to boise is keeping this one of the radar -- fine with me -- beavs have a lot of talent -- playing this for 2 units.

ucla/washington under 50...rest assurred that gilbertson's gameplan will be about as conservative as it gets -- huskies will be able to run the clock and keep the defense fresh and i expect a solid defensive effort from the huskies -- kicking game for the dawgs are keeping me off them as a play, but that helps me feel good about the under..one unit play
