Oklahoma destroys whoever Texas puts out there anyways. One thing about running type QBs though, they tend to hit the ground running. The pure passers almost always need a year of seasoning before they put up real numbers.

Eric Crouch won the Heisman and he was arguably one of that season's worst passing QBs. Who knows for sure how much Young will improve as a passer this season. If he stays three more seasons he may well put up big numbers. It's all speculation at this point. Best of luck.

Btw, Texas is 55-38-5 all-time over Oklahoma. (series tied 6-6-1 last 13 meetings, with OU winning the last four)
