*I'll spare you the details, im betting all the favorites here because I strongly feel these are complete mismatches other than the oregon vs arizona game

Mac title game:

location- Detroit , ford field
weather- who gives a shit, it's indoor, so perfect
line - NIU -5.5 vs bowling green

my pick NIU -5.5
im not even going to dignify this pick with reasons as to why you should pick NIU. But for the sake of matters lets state the obvious. They're better, more experienced, they've been here many times before, they are firing on all cylinders, and last but not least they just beat w. Michigan on the road.... Bowling green got torched by ball state... Torched... I'm not over thinking this, it's the Mac and shit is always a zoo but NIU is the play for me. Bowling green is inconsistent, they will be motivated but it's hard to be motivated after getting beat up by a shitty team and now squaring up against the macs hottest team. Laying these points . X-large play for me.... 200$

SEC TITLE GAME:

location- Atlanta, Georgia dome
Weather- in a dome, once again perfect
line - alabama -14 vs Mizzou

my pick bama -14:
bama has all sorts of confidence rolling into this game and im expecting a route. Mizzou barely got by Arkansas at home and quite frankly got outplayed for most of the game. Bama is better in every facet with the best WR in the nation. I'd like to think Mizzou can make this a game but I'm not that delusional. Bama should embarass Mizzou and make a mockery of this sec title game. I'm predicting a 45-17 win, but it could get worse. I'm a duck fan but roll tide all day here. Large bet, 100$

MWC title game:

location - boise, Idaho the smurf turf
weather- low 40's with light winds and possible rain
line- boise state -19.5 vs fresno state

my pick: boise state -19.5
this is a complete mismatch in every possible way you can think of it. Fresno state is 6-6 and on the road in a place where boise state has won something like 90+% of their home games... Lay the points. Going big with 200$

Pac -12 title game:

location- Levi stadium, Santa clara california
weather- 66 degrees with rain
line -13.5 oregon vs arizona

my pick: oregon -13.5
all I have to say here is REVENGE.... A lot on the line. Heisman trophy, national title hopes, pac 12 title, and revenge! This is where the leash gets taken off by mark helfrich. Oregon couldn't ask for a better matchup. This should be a team playing with their hair on fire. I can't even begin to imagine how jacked up the oregon players will be for this one... Rich rod and arizona are good but the fairy tale comes to an end here as oregon lays down the hammer on zona... Their defense will probably give up some points but I wouldn't expect them to give up a lot, they've been playing better every week for the last 3-4 weeks... Expect them to swarm to every play and force the freshman qb into a few mistakes..... This is Marcus mariotas HEISMAN MOMENT.and he's the best player in the nation for a reason(no disrespect to Amati cooper, gurley, or Gordon).....Wrap it up. My biggest play of the year ducks win 55-24. Biggest bet of the year, 300$

* even if oregon doesn't cover, as long as they win im happy. BOL TO EVERYONE!!

Yeah, the spreadsheet showing lots of love for the faves this week. Only dog I like is GT to finally do what no one else given plenty of opportunity could do -- beat FSU.

GT will control the clock and they will give FSU all they can handle.

I think ducks roll zona- not impressed with the pac at all

I'm not sure bama has, but I think Mizzou is incredibly inefficient on offense. I really like matty mauk but DGB transferring killed that team offensively. They perform ok against average sec teams but as soon as they run into a good defensive coordinator and talented defensive players they almost become nonexistent. Bama may not be an elite defense but they are still extremely talented and have all the experience in the world in these games. This should be a walk in the park for bama. I took arkansas last week and Tey dominated Mizzou for 3 quarters before losing, and all they could do was run it. Bama has better backs, qb and receivers.... Not a good combo for Mizzou, they won't be able to slow down cooper, yeldon, Henry and sims... Bad matchup here

its easy to say you're not impressed with the pac 12 and that's justifable. I just think the sec and pac 12 have a lot of parity this year between all the teams ranked 2-12.... Both bama and oregon are easily the best. But both conferences are streaky. Ucla, zona and asu have all had long streaks followed by bad performances, oregon was just decimated by injuries early and is finally starting to get healthy... I think the ducks stomp zona and bama obliterates Mizzou. These two teams couldn't ask for better matchups.... If they would have played ucla and georgia, these games would be a lot closer

The only thing that concerns me with GT is coming off a hard fought OT win over a state rival and then getting up again the next week against a similar strength opponent. But this time with a much shorter line.

It was certainly an emotional win for GT, looking dead in the water and then getting the improbable drive and long FG all in just 18 seconds. But the mere fact that GT went into Athens and beat a Georgia team that has one of the best, most balanced offenses in the country, and a pretty good defense -- that is very impressive. You never know how these college kids will focus in the week after a big win, because sometimes they do come out and crap the bed the next game, but I think when you've got a chance to knock off an undefeated, unliked FSU, and take them out of the playoff -- I have to think that they're already thinking about that a lot more than the win a couple of days ago.

the moment the games over and everyone's sung the fight song, all focus turns directly to the next game. enjoy the moment, but there's unfinished business. that's the way I was coached. (to the NFL level). at this point of the year, nicks and things that might normally call for a few days off from practice, disappear. (unless you AI..)
this comes down to great coaches knowing how to prepare their teams with the ebb and flow of the season. (my experience)

good luck this weekend.
