Well, last year in Happy Valley, Ohio State looked like the faster, more athletic team by far and both these teams have nearly the same personnel as last year. And keep in mind that Ohio State doesn't have to be dominant in the Horseshoe here. If they win, they cover.
No way Penn State has same team as last year. The quarterback for Penn State last year was garbage. Quarterback is the big difference from last year.
