He was the Chiefs OC in name, but Andy calls the plays. He seems like a good dude, a guy who won't rock the boat, and will be a good face of an organization. Surprised he got hired, but the Philly Front Office knows him and wanted a potentially younger Andy Reid. He probably needs very strong and established co-ordinators to let him grow into the head job. Won't be under pressure to win early with the mess Chip left, so he'll probably get some time before he's expected to win.
