DVD to DVD burner software quick!!!!

I heard that as of May 1st that you cannot buy any type of program that lets you burn DVDs legally so I want to get one now before it's too late, can anyone point me in the right direction. I was told allcopydvd and dvdx??? I believe but searches from them take me to other programs that I know nothing about.
