I believe I am Pasta'd out fellas.
Although Hurricane Irma didn't wipe our area out, it did enough damage that many surrounding cities were without power, and food, for several days.
Some of us are fortunate enough to be acquaintances with a local Italian restaurant owner, and unlike many others who's food spoiled at their businesses, this guy was prepared with a large generator running his freezer.
He fed us lunch & dinner Monday-Friday.
Today is my first meal in a week that hasn't been pasta.
Going thru something like this made gave me a different perspective on some things, such as how picky we can be over minor things when dining at a restaurant.
Next time you have Spaghetti, think of me fellas.... k:
