In this country a person is innocent until proven guilty. If you knew how easy it was to prosecute someone on a rumor you would understand why there is the bail system. Why should someone sit in jail who hasn't had their day in court?
Pleaseeeee, I have seen his show and when he does his little meeting with his other cop wannabes and lists all the priors he goes on and on about them having tons of convictions from same (and sometimes violent)crimes and to be "careful" because most are lifelong criminals. We are not talking about a 17 year old kid who got caught for the first time passing a bad check. These jerks they show always have long rap sheets.

If he is worried about innocent to proven guilty he should get a job with the public defenders office. Unfortunately for him there is more money in sprining the lifelong crooks out of jail.

Horrible argument.

So it's like this:
Child rapist that pays Dog his 10% and goes to court= not scum
Child rapist that pays Dog his 10% and misses a court date= Scum

Both are probably scum, but the one who shows up for court isn't a fugitive from the law, the one who doesn't show up IS a fugitive. Shitty analogy, Lennon.

Horrible argument.

Even people with long rap sheets are accused of crimes they didn't commit. Each accusation of a crime should be handled individually. Again, innocent until proven guilty for all people, even those with long rap sheets.

Oh, by the way, anyone can state "horrible argument". It's an empty attempt at strengthening your point. If your point is valid you don't need empty attempts at strengthening it.

Dog is a piece of shit. Violation of another country's sovereignty sets a terrible precedent, I can't believe some people actually think that's okay.

What gets me isn't the capture of Luster, who's pure filth, but the fact that Chapman promised to appear in court (in Mexico) and didn't show up. He, of all people, should know the consequences of not showing up in court. Instead of going back to Mexico and facing charges like a man, he chose to run away and use the media to weasel out of it.

12 million Mexicans here illegally seem to think it's not that big of a deal.

Don't bring that issue into this. That issue is far too complicated and there is no "right" position on that. Would you really want Mexican bounty hunters coming into this country and forcibly taking people back to Mexico?

The Mexicans didn't care until Dog became famous and $$$ got involved. They want to extort money out of Dog...case closed.

BTW...didn't Dog already pay a fine down there in regards to this case?

Bad news for the Dog Chapman faders....Hannity and Colmes had Dog on last night, where it was revealed that the Mexican gov't has cancelled the arrest warrent for Dog and his crew. THere wasn't an interpreter present and a few other problems, so the Mexican authorities, following the letter of the law as they always do, have cancelled the arrest warrant. Translation: they paid off the right guys in Mexico.

She makes me sick as well. She looks like a whore (and a ugly one at that) in those skimpy outfits. She honestly must think she looks good.

Its looks like 10lbs of sausage in a 5lb casing.

DOG THE BOUNTY HUNTER'S RACIST RANT.... VISIT SITE FOR AUDIO...

http://www.nationalenquirer.com/dog_bounty_hunter_racial_slur_tape/celebrity/64325

Dog Chapman has been captured spewing foul-mouthed racist slurs on a tape obtained exclusively by The NATIONAL ENQUIRER.

And now a civil rights leader is calling for Dog's TV show to be removed from the airwaves.

In a shocking world exclusive The ENQUIRER has obtained tapes of two revolting phone conversations in which Duane "Dog" Chapman unleashes a filthy bigoted attack, littered with the N-word and other disgusting racial insults.

The star of the A&E reality show Dog, The Bounty Hunter directed his racist hatred at his son Tucker's girlfriend Monique Shinnery, who is black.

"Dog Chapman should not have a show. That show should be taken off the air!"

That's the opinion of prominent civil rights leader Roy Innis, who has served as the chairman of the Congress for Racial Equality (CORE) since 1968. Innis was shocked and outraged when The ENQUIRER played Dog Chapman's racist telephone conversations for him.

"This man should not be held up as a role model for children," Innis told The ENQUIRER. "He has venom deep in his soul. This is a picture of his heart — a revelation of his true nature.

Innis believes that cable network A&E needs to take swift action in response to Dog's vicious outburst.

"He needs to answer for his behavior," says Innis.

"When someone gets the opportunity to use the airwaves, he becomes a role model, whether he likes it or not. Dog Chapman should not be in that position, posing as a good guy.

"His comments show that he certainly is not a good guy."

Let me get this straight, anyone who has spoken the N-word should not be allowed on tv?

Tolerance at its finest.

question I have is how do the voicemail/conversation get into National Enquirers hands? Did the son give it to them?

Your kidding right? Pretty obvious to me.

Dog was only doing his fatherly duties in urging his son to break off his relationship with "that woman". She's a bad apple. Recording a phone conversation between a man and his son, and turning it over to the National Enq (no doubt collecting a nice little check). That's what happens.

CNN is reporting that the son recorded it and sold it for a fat check.

Interesting to say the least.
