Saratoga presents The Bernard Baruch Handicap (Grade II) for 3 year olds and up running 1 & 1/8 miles on the turf for a purse of $200,000. Appears that Cowboy Cal will likely be setting the pace in this one. No doubt he'll try to slow the pace and steal the race wire to wire. But, the explosive move of Justenuffhumor in the Fourstardave Handicap (Grade II) was too much that day and today looks like a repeat to me. Price likely short however.

cowboy cal over the entry, chalk city, could be tough the way the bombers have been coming in but i think cowboy has the back class to bottom out this field
