America proves once again they have no clue I dont know how many gamblers voted on who should have been cut but I hope the ones that did had Mike Hall because in no way shape or form was he better than aaron levine. Its sad that a man who was going for his dream job gets cut because sick gamblers who made a wager on the underdog mike hall would cost a young man like aaron levine his dream job. That has to be the only explanation for mike hall winning this he should have been cut in the 1st 2 as they cut zach which was wrong and imo was just as good a aaron levine and alot better than mike hall.Congratulations to any gamblers on here that voted for mike hall because he or she took a shot with the underdog and once again america voting on anything is a joke.

And before anyone implies that I may have made a wager on aaron levine is incorrect as I will gamble on anything but this I did not wager on it was just sickening to see that outcome from a show I really enjoyed watching. I guess its just like american idol everyone in mikes home state and all their friends voted for him while aaron evidently was not as popular either way it stinks and the best man did not win. Have a good night everyone!

I think what sucks is that ESPN did not allow the internet voters a say on who the two finalists would be. I liked Zach but ESPN did not like him so he had to go. Al Jaffe did not want Maggie because she has a raspy voice so she was cut. The internet voters were force fed what was left and no coincidence was the two college boys at prestigous schools.

I agree Espn messed it up by elimating zach, I dont think maggie deserved it although she was good and deserved it as much as mike. My feeling was when Al cut zach I figured he wanted aaron to win so by cutting zach he felt that aaron would definitly beat mike, and aaron did win the trivia contest and was better in the sportscenter and still lost. Maybe Espn got what they deserved by Al deciding to cut zach over mike. I just wish the best man would have won. Thanks for the reply chuck.

I liked both guys, but Aaron got robbed. He was clearly the better guy in the finals, and Aaron schooled him 33-17 in the knowledge contest.

Shows like this help point out how our Jury system is a shambles. Give the public a choice on things, and they will choose French Fries over fruit, and a whole lot of worse choices to boot.

Anyone who lists a female volleyball player from Stanford as his faorite all time athlete had no business winning. I am glad Mike Hall won.

$95K might sound like a nice salary - but even for espn - that salary BLOWS! even the biggest on-air flunkie's there make much more than this. mike might be ecstatic about a salary at that level considering his age and all - but espn did what espn is (in)famous for - and jerking people around come $$$$ time. living in the bristol area that $95k is the same as about $200k - if not more - in places like L.A. and NYC - but $95k? c'mon you cheap bastards at espn - at least give the guy $100k. and trust me - they are gonna work his ass off for that $95k, too. he might be happy to be there now - but when his year is over - he's gonna be one jaded puppy - trust me on this one. he is also gonna be working a LOT of late night shifts - and for a single guy like him - living in that area - he' got ZERO chance of finding a quality woman in his life. one of the higher-ups at espn "found" his wife when she worked ACROSS the street at the mickey d's there - true story. then again - for this guy - the fact he found a woman at all is the biggest shock out there.

have fun at espn mike.

As opposed to all the "quality" women I find everywhere else.

With good careers. Savings. Non smokers. Active. Fit. Without significant baggage. Who like sports. And are not overly emotional, and are logical and mathematically inclined.

good point, fezz - but trust me - you gotta see the women of the bristol area to understand where i come from here. now hartford isn't more than about 20-25 miles away and the scenery does get a lot better there - but when iw as there, whenever a new female was hired she instantly became reallly popular - even if she wasn;t a looker - because she was a female. compare it somewhat to what happens when a female joins the military - and you get the point.

I agree. I'm shocked more guys don't "balk" from the whole dating process. Call me a bad guy here. I see so many active, fit successful guys that marry woman that have no careers, are inactive and somewhat heavy and I just have to wonder "Are these guys that desperate/lonely"?

Five-ten years later they are seen walking down the street, being yelled at by their obese stay at home wife, being stoic, and with the "just shoot me" look in their eyes.

I have no sympathy. What did they think was going to happen?

Good decision to ban the poster "Sodium Pentethol V". His sole purpose seemed to be to who he could rip on today. The guy probably has not been laid in years!
