draftkings payout question

Have a question for draftkings players, I assume there are a bunch here. I put in for payout monday and have not heard from them since. It is my first request so I don't have anything to compare with. I am not concerned about getting paid and I have read where you get paid in the order in which the payout requests are made. I just wish they would acknowledge that your request has been received. Is this normal to go 5 days without any sign that you have put in a request? Thanks.

That doesn't sound right, bud. I've only cashed out with them a couple of times, and it's been a while, but I think I got paid a couple of days after I requested. I remember getting an email from them saying something like, 'you will be blown away by how quickly you get your money.' Something like that. Again, that was maybe a year and a half ago. Maybe things have changed. You will get your money. It just doesn't sound right to me...just my 2cents...good luck man.

The first one took me forever to get. They had a problem with the email address I was using did not match my PP email addy. Had to straighten it out via live chat or email (can't remember which) then they credited back my debit card until that amount was covered and I got the rest via PP.

thanks for the responses. I know there can be issues if they have to return deposits in the last 90 days but I have not had any. I just sent them an email about this, will see what happens.

They have live help on their site, you don't even need to email. Just go on the site and use the live help feature.

I did not see that PatsFan, well I'll give them a chance to respond to my email, then I will get them live if that does not work

I got a reply that said they never received my request and to request again. This time after I requested a confirmation screen came up following the request which did not come up last time. I should be good. Thanks for your help.
