At this point if France doesn't nothing less than unleash their military on ISIS in Syria and Iraq they are failing their people. The U.S. special forces and the Kurds and Iraq military would welcome their troops to speed up the demise of ISIS. It may not end the attacks but it's needed and needed now. The French military is no longer the butt end of jokes anymore. They have great foreign intelligence and it's now or never for them to step up as a major power.
