Posey is gone, Bynum is back. Celtics are the top team in the league, but it's not the same Laker team they faced. See all these people saying well yea the C's won last year so they'll keep it going. Cannot even compare. This is a 50/50 game that will go down to the last shot. Winner will probably win by 1 or 2 points. I don't know the spread, not betting the game will just sit back and watch, but this isn't the Lakers team. Think a lot of people are playing that angle for some reason.

you are smoking crack if you think boston should be the favorite!

lakers at home! w/ the revenge factor from last year! adding a healthy ariza and bynam.

the celts only plus 2 makes me think they will win! expected lakers minus 4 or 5 myself!

I'm not thinking about the Celtics/Lakers matchup from last year, and I have no idea why it keeps coming up on the sports channels. The Celtics have been playing so well lately they are a pleasure to watch. They are working on breaking winning streak records. The only threat in the past 3 weeks (from what I've seen) was the near loss to Atlanta (and that day I bet Atlanta +4 - and won).

The Lakers are now like 1-9 ATS, have struggled against teams they should have flattened, and while the win against the Hornets last night was impressive, they're not the Celtics. Except for the Hornets line (+3???), the Lakers have been repeatedly overrated by Vegas.

I really don't understand the +2 lines for Boston. I would expect it to be -2 myself. Maybe some sort of trap but I don't see it.

I expect Boston to win by 6.

Revenge factor and at home can't be ignored. That's why the game will be good...but Celtics will carry it. LA is clearly overrated in this matchup. They aren't nearly as good they were this time last year.

The Celtics are the far better team, but today im on the Lakers. Totally a situational play.

Agreed. Today, Lakers' rejuvenated frontline made this 19-0 team collapse. And Lakers didn't even have a backup PG. :aktion033

Good job on the part of the Lakers. Nope, I didn't see it. Good call Lakers people.
