This attitude nicely sums the fundamental problem with these boards (a problem with an accelerated degree of persistence lately): too many people see this place as an arena where they can try to compensate for the frustrations and shortcomings of their everyday lives by boasting and bullying and blustering about how big their metaphorical cocks are instead of seeing this as a place to share information and insight. These boards, and boards like them, should be about people pooling knowledge to combat a common enemy (the books) instead of being about individual pissing contests by cyberchumps who too easily hide behind the anonymity of a keyboard.

I took the day off because I just put big money on your plays. But I just got a call from my manager 3 minutes ago telling me not to come in anymore. Screw him. I'm going to put even more money on these 2 plays to make it up.
