the old mcnabb would have easily been able to run for the first down there but the new Mcnabb decided to throw....
at the end of the day the game was in his hands, he had a wide open lane and an easy first down, why he threw is beyond me.
even if he had to slide and had been stopped before the first down it would have been an easy chance on 4th down.
Disappointing, feel terrible for the eagles, and feel worse for eagle ML backers.

And I admit I blew the whistle too soon.
D nab looked like ass down the stretch after some brilliant moments earlier in the game.
I wish I could say this was a case of whoever has the ball last wins, but if that were true. Philly would have not been so badly trumped in those last 4 minutes.
Regardless of how the game ended up. Donovan was freaking amazing. He just seemed to choke up a bit with use of his abilitys on the Eagles' last possession. Like he didnt have the killer instinct or something.
But for 3 and half qtrs, D Nab was eye popping. That and the crazy swings and high scoring we saw in many games, that's what I come away with from last weekend.
