I don't see this as an automatic fold at all.

There is 9*25 = $225 + $400 big blind + $1200 + $4000 = $5825
in the pot, so the call of 2800 is getting > 2-1 to call.

Since I am a tight player, I might still fold, but it would be
a tough decision.

His M is under 5. If he's a solid player he's going to be shoving a wide range here. He's too short to just wait around. I'd expect he's shoving any Ace, any pair and a lot of two big card hands. Getting 2 to 1 I'd call here. We're a coinflip against his range.
